Bali is a Canadian-French children's animated series that took place in 2005, as debut of Spectra Animation's new show, Toopy and Binoo, and Nelvana's new programs: Gachaverse and Lights, Camera, Action, Bittles.


The show was also aimed to be shown financially have help from Centre Natioal de la Cinematographie, the Shaw Rocket Fund, Quebec Film and Television Tax Credit, Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit, Telefilm Canada and the Canadian Television Fund.

Networks helping participate Bali include the following: France 5, Disney Television France, R.T.B.F. Belgium, and the collaboration of Radio-Canada, TVOntario and Knowledge Network.

Each of the logos seen at the end were placed as seen.

There was a spin-off called Bali Signing Time.

PBS Kids also aired this from 2010 to 2011, and then reran again from 2013 to 2014, also.

Plot

Bali, a resolutely modern preschooler lives a resolutely modern life in the big city. With a most un-stereotypical, family Bali faces the world inquisitively, sometimes shyly, never recklessly, and always enthusiastically!

Watching Bali helps children feel empowered and inspired. What Bali does in the episodes reflects what every children do their day-to-day lives. Sold in over 50 territories. Awarded best animation series in Montréal (Gemeaux) and in Spain (Cordoba animation festival).
