Plot[]
Dragon goes over to play with his friend Alligator until he finds him unhappy, Dragon has never seen Alligator in a bad mood before, he tells him that he got up and did some chores then he felt grumpy, Dragon tries to cheer up Alligator from having a bad day by doing everything he can. Dragon shows Alligator the flowers and how great they smell then he shows him the clouds and do some cloud gazing but Alligator is still grumpy, Dragon pretends to be him and acts like him, then Alligator tries cheering up himself by playing with his bongos but that doesn't work either, Dragon's stomach growls and gurgles and he asks Alligator if he wants to come over to his house for lunch but then Alligator cheers up right away and realizes that he's never had any breakfast, that's why he was so grumpy, so Dragon and Alligator eat lunch and have some food then they play basketball around the kitchen table and Alligator says he's back, Dragon and Alligator go outside to play as the episode ends.

- Ostrich, Beaver, and Mail Mouse don't appear in this episode.
- This is the first and only episode seeing Alligator grumpy and Dragon helping him.
- This is the third time the "Coochie-coochie-coo!" from Dragon Looks For Cat is used.
- Alligator doesn't call Dragon "little blue dude," but he does say "blue dude" and "dude."
- When Dragon and Alligator are cloud gazing, Dragon says the cloud he finds looks like a polar bear, but actually looks more like a pig, and the cloud Alligator finds is a great big grumbly frown, though it's not seen.
