Folding / At the Orchard / My Snuggly Blanket / Marjorie Meech is the 6th episode of Season 2 of 4 Square.

Folding (Movement Segment)[]

The episode begins with how the 4 Square Dancers always start: with the Oh My Friends song, and the roll call, where they salute by folding their arms around them, like hugging themselves. Captain Huppette then asks the viewer if he/she would like to fold, and says she and the others will show the viewer. First they are to fold the hands, by putting them together flat and side by side, then clasping. and then wants to see the viewer try so. After, they are to fold the shoulders, which is simply shrugging and rolling your shoulders, and then wants to see the viewer try as well. After this, they are to fold the whole body, by doing the salute, then bending over. After this, the three of them do the whole thing again. Before the episode ends, Captain Huppette says: "Now you can fold, and that's worth gold!" and then the four sing the Heppity Ho song.

At The Orchard (Rhythm Segment)[]

Roney notices the viewer, and then they do their thing. After the thing, Roney introduces the segment by saying "We were just at the orchard!" and says that it's a place where many different fruits grow. They show off their rhythms. After everyone does the rhythms together, the beat team creates a orchard trip with their rhythms!

Roney's rhythm is ducking in and out of the haymaze: (extend arms with words) Hay maze! Hay maze!

Emma's rhythm is going on a wagon ride: (move arms like on an elliptical) Wagon ride! Wagon ride!

Stephanie's rhythm is picking apples: (groove a bit, then reach up and touch down low with each said) Apple picking, reach up high! Apple picking, reach down low!

Ingrid's rhythm is having fruit pie at the end of the day: (put hands on lap facing up with "fruit pie" each, then hands on face with "yum") Fruit pie, yum! Fruit pie, yum!

My Snuggly Blanket (Singing Segment)[]

After singing the chorus, Alison introduces The Four Tones and The Do-Whas. She then wants the viewers to sing about her snuggly blanket, and says she loves to curl up with it when she sleeps. Then they sing the whole song together. at the end, the orange male Do-Wha puts his head against Alison's head as she smiles and says "Oh, snuggly blanket."

Marjorie Meech (Poetry Segment)[]

Pay and Paige present the poem Marjorie Meech by Jeff Sweeney. After Pay reads it out loud, she teaches Paige, who then teaches the poem to the viewers. After that, Pay and Paige interpret the poem by thinking about how big Majorie Meech would make her sandcastle. Paige says that it would be the size of a house, and Pay adds that the ocean would be her backyard. Then everyone does the poem together.

Marjorie Meech, with shovel in hand (hold shovel in right hand)

Went down to the beach to makes castles of sand. (Spread arms around, then sprinkle grains of sand)

She dug and she dug 'til the digging was done (Pretend to dig)

Then lived there all snug in her fort in the sun! (hug yourself)
