Of course not, she's just a parrot! Hold on... *gets a mirror* ...looking good, Prince Charming. Or should I say, Prince Topher. You're lookin' good. All you gotta do is make Allan Amazing feel guilty for the things he's done to you!

— Topher, as he talks to Stacey when practicing for a play in the season seven Bree's Room episode "Prince Charming".

Topher (full name: Topher Green) was a contestant on Total Drama: Pahkitew Island; he competed as a member of the Pimâpotew Kinosewak. He is one of many major recurring characters on many Treehouse TV and ROBLOX TV Studios shows, with his most common appearances being Bree's Room, Toopy and Binoo World, Karen Daycare and Colin and the Thumpies. He is one of the two main characters of Topher and Stacey and appears occasionally on The Fudsim and Stacey Show; he also appears frequently on the long-running FOX and ROBLOX TV Studios show, The Death P.A.C.T. Show.

In Toopy and Binoo World, he became the main antagonist of season three along with Chaz due to being hypnotized by Mr. Skunk, and worked at the Legion of Evil-doers throughout the season before defeating Mr. Skunk at the end of the season, and returned to being a good guy again.

He is also a competitor on Toopy and Binoo's Big Battle! currently as a member of the Light Riders team, and competes with Cobalt, Chad, Void, Tom, Jon, Grian and Chaz. Despite losing once in the battle, they currently have a full team since his friend Crisp Jr. wanted to keep Chaz in the game.

He had his first appearance in Bree's Room in the season three episode "Tom and the Dragon", and appeared as a background character in the season seven episode "The Ballot of Big Bree", playing cards with Donald Duck. In the episode "It's a Fact, Not the Truth", he is the main antagonist.

Currently, he lives in Brookhaven with his older brother Chad, his younger brothers Billy and Mac, and their younger sister, Marina. He and Stacey are currently roommates. He is currently in the eleventh grade in Mr. Cleetus and Mr. Dallas' class, and is a member of the Drama Club and the founder of the club. In Total Drama: Pahkitew Island, he came in eighth place and got eliminated in "Three Zones and a Baby".

Currently, Topher is voiced by Christopher Jacot, who has voiced him since his debut on The Death P.A.C.T. Show. A younger version of himself, who appeared in a flashback in the 11-minute Toopy and Binoo World episode "When We Were Younger", he was voiced by Justin Bradley. When he sings, he is voiced by Sam Lee.

Personality[]

Total Drama and Toopy and Binoo's Big Battle![]

Chris is intimidated by my talent and superior good looks. My hair alone is a natural treasure; babies envy my skin. I should totally be hosting this show!

— Topher, complimenting himself in the confessional of the Total Drama: Pahkitew Island episode, "Mo Monkey No Problems".

Topher is such a huge Chris McLean fan that he gave himself the nickname "Chris 2.0", and even has a cat named after Chef Hatchet. He frequently goes out of his way to try to talk to Chris, and later Toopy, which usually causes him to hinder his team. Just like Chris, Topher can be quite arrogant and frequently admires himself. He joins the show not to win the prize money but to replace both Toopy and Chris as the hosts of their shows, and will attempt to do so at any opportunity, whether it's by taking over their jobs in announcing the challenges or humiliating them on live TV. He is very ambitious in this endeavor, eventually stealing Chris's cell phone (Ranger Rabbit's phone in Toopy and Binoo's Big Battle!) to contact the producers and frequently insulting Toopy and Chris's ages to imply that they need a younger host, such as himself. These situations beg the question of whether or not Topher truly does admire the two of them, or was just stroking his ego so as to lower his guard in his attempt to steal his job.

Outside of Total Drama[]

Outside of the Total Drama series, Topher is similiar to Josh, the host of Blue's Clues and You! and one of the protagonists of Josh and Leni. In Topher and Stacey, he tends to be optimistic, intelligent, quirky, cheerful, kind, nice, jolly, funny, silly, friendly, upbeat, energetic, playful, smart, sweet, and even helpful. While he is occasionally the one who causes trouble for the duo, his intentions can still be some of the greatest.

Bree's Room description[]

A cheerful guy who was formerly egotistical and unsettling towards others, Topher is always ready for adventure. He sometimes gets the other playroom friends, particuarly Bree, into trouble, but nonetheless, his intentions can be the finest. Topher is also the strongest out of all the playroom friends, as he can lift the entire playroom, and is able to teleport without using smoke bombs.

With that being said, Topher absolutely hates Allan Amazing, who hates him back, too. They have shared a long-time rivalry since they were seven, and will do whatever they can to get each other in trouble. In the episode "Trouble with the Bubble," they try to resolve their differences when they are trapped in a gigantic bubble; however, it only leads to them hating each other even more.

Topher is also talented at comedy and video games, and likes reading comic books, watching horror movies, and even singing opera. In fact, he just so happens to be the best at singing opera in music class, according to Professor Singalottasonga. He also finds writing to be interesting as well, as displayed by him writing a biography of him, and even rehearses plays with Stacey on frequent occasions. In fact, this has lead him to make his own version of Megamind, featuring Oliver as the titular character, even though Topher does not like him.

Normally, others can find him very settling and almost as comforting as Brown, one of Colin's Thumpies, which is why he is best friends with Jon, Chaz Monerainian, Stingo, Nora and of course, Stacey. He is, however, generally disliked by Doobus Goobus and particularly hated by Allan Amazing, Jasmine, Scarlett and Sugar. The rest of the playroom friends normally have mixed feelings on him, depending on his behavior, and is generally seen in the middle of Leafy's "nicest person list."

Something about Topher: In "How Topher Got His Powers," he revealed he was pretending to be sadistic and weak, when in reality he was actually optimistic, cheerful and smart, and even stronger than what his enemies thought. He also got his superpowers from a radioactive satelite dish on Allan Amazing's roof, which is why they share a rivalry.

Physical appearance[]

Topher is a fair-skinned boy with green eyes and light brown hair kept short on the sides and a longer tuft held up. He has a well-groomed look similar to Chris; he has a dark teal shirt with an even darker horizontal line in the center. Under him he has a white shirt (or polo), long beige pants and blue and white sneakers. He probably has a well-groomed Chris-like physique under his shirt with developed pecs and abs.

When he is in Professor Singalottasonga's music class, he wears the exact same cape Professor wears. In the Billy Bean: On the Crime Scene episode "Playing Cupid", his shirt is bright red with a magenta line, and his pants are navy. He also carries a bow and arrow. In the Toopy and Binoo World episode "Foldy, Simon and Alfonso: Fact Check Police Partners", his shirt is orange with a darker orange line in the middle, as he is arrested by Foldy for siding with Jeremy Jones. In the Bree's Room episode "Prince Charming", he wears a teal coat, a gold crown, and black boots. He also dons a red cape with gold interior linings.

Topher's pajamas, which are seen in various Topher and Stacey episodes such as "My Lucky Pirate Charms", "Stacey the Queen Bee", "The Bedtime Blues" and "The Monster Under Oliver's Bed", consist of a dark blue bathrobe, with a noticeably lighter shade sash, collar and sleeves. He also wears slippers of the same color as the last mentioned things.

Appearances[]

  • Note: A production code in bold indicates that while Topher appeared, he did not speak and that he only had a cameo appearance in the episode; a production code in italic, however, indicates Topher's name is mentioned in an episode title.

Audition tape[]

In his audition for Total Drama, Topher is in a room with his cat, named after Chef, and a picture of Chris McLean on the wall. He says how people keep telling him he looks like a younger Chris, and how he nicknamed himself Chris 2.0. He yells into a megaphone in an attempt to mimic Chris, which frightens the cat. He then states how he doesn't care about the money and that he just wants a chance to introduce the show like Chris. Chef the cat then attacks Topher, ending the audition.
